Viñales - Review of all hotels
It is famed for its mogotes, large limestone formations which date back to the Jurassic period, is one of the most beautiful spots in Cuba.
This villagey town is surprisingly spruce, with a fetching arcaded main street and lovely rustic scenes down the back lanes, the tranquility of the place and the friendliness of the local people are as seductive as the scenery, there are walks to do, horses to hire and tobacco farms and caves to visit.

Hotels Pinar del Rio
Cuba has nearly 300 hotels and over 42,000 hotel rooms. The quality varies from your 5 star all inclusive luxury complexes run by international groups including Sol Meliá, Occidental, Oasis, Bleu, Superclubs, Iberostar and Accor, to smaller boutique places generally run by one of the Cuban state owned hotel chains and everything in-between.
Prices for rooms are generally comparable with Cancun / Dominican Republic (although the revaluation of the CUC reduced this competitiveness in 2005). Services and quality at the top end is
certainly present, in the middle 2-3 star segment quality is more inconsistent especially regarding food quality.
