UN Agencies involved with projects in Cuba
Cuban representatives have been actively involved with the development of multiple developments, cultural, scientific and technical co-operation programs with various UN agencies during the past 4 decades. During this time more than US$ 350 million has been disbursed (by these agencies / institutions) in more than 1,300 programs and co-operation projects. A number of international NGO's have chosen to work with the Havana office of the UNDP whose representative also co-ordinates a number of the other agencies.
